This is a room we added to my client's home to serve as a gathering place for her family for all seasons. It is multi purpose, and designed by me from the ground up. The tile floor is heated for comfort in the winter, and the glass is removable so screens can be put in for summer. It is fully air conditioned and heated featuring ceiling fans, there are tv and eating areas. Paneling is made of cement board to prevent mildew, and furniture is indoor outdoor, so the room is pretty much indestructible.
