This house was very modern and sleek! It was so inviting and just breathtaking. It was a total gut job once again with brand new everything. I designed the kitchen with that amazing waterfall island top and long running wet bar into the main area of the kitchen. The second floor had a jack and jill bathroom that we made the vanity from a live edge walnut slab. For the master bedroom we added an on-suite bathroom with a marble look accent wall in the shower and three grand mirrors for each vanity and makeup station in-between. To top it off, this house had a third floor deck off of the master bedroom, first floor deck, yard and pull in two car parking. Something unheard of in the city! This house was hands down one of the best project the developer and I have made.
