The project involved the extension, loft conversion and alteration to an existing semi-detached house in Beckenham, South London. Due to the property being located in a conservation area, careful consideration was needed during the design process.

The proposed extension was single storey, designed with a mix of brickwork and crittall style doors and windows. The loft conversion involved two simple dormer windows that match the proportions of the sash windows below.

The whole house was renovated as part of the proposed scheme including a new kitchen and bathrooms.
