The main part of the project was to remodel kitchen and living area. We framed existing exterior door and a large window to create more counter and cabinet space ( see pictures from during construction ). Additionally, we extending and converted a hallway closet into a laundry room.
By relocating laundry from the garage, changing kitchen layout, using bright colors and simple finishes made this 3bed 2 bath, just over 1000sf house more functional and modern for a young couple.
