Coastal Estate Home Project - Pismo Beach
This home sits on 1.5 acre direct ocean front lot with particularly steep terrain. We incorporated a multi level approach to negotiate the slope and disperse the 10,000 square feet of living space. The main living levels of the home have the feel of being on a cruise ship directly on the water. This home would be best described as a contemporary take on Spanish mediterranean design that fits its spectacular California coastal location.
