Main house 1400 sq ft was built in 1920. The existing house was gutted and a new attic was added with an addition of 5000 sq ft of new space. The new space included master suite, additional bedrooms, new adult game room, in-law suite, mud room, family room, 4 car garage and finished basement and wine cellar. A 1400 sq ft pool house was added with guest quarters and full kitchen.
