Two story rear addition (finished with real three part Portland-based stucco) with an added rear covered screen porch. Addition allowed for a large and very high end kitchen remodeling project to be completed. Other substantial interior and exterior remodeling was completed throughout this 1918 build 2-1/2 story home with a full basement. This work included remodeling the sunroom, dining room, living room, powder room, and portions of all the upper level bedrooms and bathrooms. A complete new multizone with multiple air handlers HVAC system was install to heat and cool the entire house. The previously unfinished multi-room basement was fully finished in a large rec room area with wet bar/kitchenette and ping pong table (including a drink rails on two sides of the room, a home theater room with multi reclining seats and high end A/V equipment, a new full bathroom, and a new bedroom/office area). The backyard received a new custom hardscaped flagstone patio area with new flagstone capped retaining walls.
