This project involved a complete renovation of the garage on the ground level, including a new modern overhead door, updated siding, and durable finishes to improve functionality and curb appeal.

On the upper level, we built a full addition to the house, incorporating new framing, windows, and doors. The addition was designed as an independent room, providing a private and versatile living space seamlessly integrated with the existing structure.

The result is a two-level transformation that enhances both the property’s practicality and its value, combining durable construction with modern design.
