This is a new home in the border between Arlington and Alexandria, VA. The program consist of having a main house with an attached guest house or office space. The house also has an independent space for their elder son in the basement with separate access. The drive of the project was to connect the garden to the street and provide a modern house that will not be a bad neighbor in a rapid changing city.
