Located in the resort community of Black Butte Ranch outside of Bend, this project transformed an underutilized and impractical bathroom space into a functional, modern retreat. The original layout featured an oversized soaker and jetted tub that felt awkward, took up valuable square footage, and was rarely—if ever—used by the homeowners.

To better suit their lifestyle, the space was fully gutted and thoughtfully reimagined. The new design prioritizes
+usability and visual openness
+featuring a stand-alone vanity and a beautifully executed
+nearly all-glass shower

that allows light to flow freely throughout the room. The result is a refined, user-friendly bathroom that feels both spacious and intentional, perfectly aligned with the relaxed yet elevated atmosphere of Black Butte Ranch.
