This was a fun and transformative project that completely reimagined the home’s layout and flow. Originally, the kitchen was separated by a room, wall, and fireplace, creating visual and physical barriers between spaces. We removed those elements to open up the kitchen and improve connectivity throughout the main living area.

The former enclosed room housed the laundry area, which was relocated by adding new square footage at the back of the home—allowing us to preserve functionality while dramatically improving the overall layout.

From there, the renovation was comprehensive. The home received all new trim, paint, and flooring throughout, along with a completely redesigned kitchen and renovated bathrooms. Additional upgrades included a new gas fireplace, updated doors and windows, and refined finishes that bring a cohesive, modern feel to the entire home. The result is a bright, open, and thoughtfully updated space that feels both refreshed and intentional from top to bottom.
