For this model kitchen in TriBeCa in Manhattan, the developer wanted some decorative characteristics to distinguish this new building from the several others that were going up in the neighborhood. Choosing to deliberately not use a neutral palette, we took the classic Bertoia barstools and added the "bikini" pads in bright lemon yellow. Accents of teal and lime and a textured wallpaper in olive green added variation to the white backdrop of the Bulthaup cabinetry and stainless steel appliance.
